Covid-19 – Curbside Service

With the ever so changing COVID-19 pandemic our community is deal with, we wanted to inform you of the extensive precautions we are taking to keep you, our clients healthy and safe, along with our staff; while still providing exceptional service to our patients.

In light of the announcement made by Governor Inslee about the COVID-19 Pandemic, we will be offering Curbside Service Only. That being said we are not allowing clients into the clinic. What we would like you to do is:

-Call us from your Vehicle when you arrive for your appointment

-Tell us who you are here with and what vehicle you are driving

-Make sure to wait in the parking lot while your pet is being evaluated and have your cell phone ready for the doctor to call you

-We will then bring your pet back out to you and we can even take payments outside

If you are in need of food, medications, treats or have general questions please contact our office at (509) 525-6111.

We have been attempting to change our directives following the advice of the Washington State Veterinary Medical Association (WSVMA), American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), CDC, and request made by the government.

This being said, we would like to define essential care:
• Patients that are sick/injured
• Qualified rechecks/follows ups
• New puppy/kitten exams that need to start vaccinations
• Current patients that are needing to complete vaccination series
• Current patients that need an exam/labwork to continue meds
• Necessary surgical appointments

If you are concerned that your pet need to be seen for any reason, please call us and we will do our best to make sure we can get your pet seen.

We are hoping to find out our next step on May 25th, following the first phase of Washington’s Approach to dealing with Covid-19.
